Liquid Pump

Centrifugal cryogenic pumps produced by our company are divided into 2 transmit ways: speed is  adjusted by wheel and change frequency.The first one connects speed transfer box and male-edge of motor directly, making the structure more compact. The second one makes pump shaft and motor shaft connect  rigidly. By changing frequency to adjust motor working frequency, then, reach the required speed. These two ways have advantages of simple structure, easy maintenance and low noise features. The sealing of pump takes partly mechanic sealing. During maintenance, change consumable part only. The cost is 1/10 of the entire equipment.

To meet the need of market, our company has developed gas labyrinth cryogenic liquid pump to match air separation plant for constantly transporting cryogenic liquid. This sealing can be used for 8,000 hours and even more. It has been used in the equipment.

The parameter range is as follows:
1) Flow: 8 - 40m&sup3
2) Head:35 - 260m
3) Gas suck pressure: 0.05 - 0.1MPa
4) NPSH value: 0.8 - 1.2m

Meanwhile, our company produces LCO₂ refilled wheel pump, low liquid inlet pressure zero pressure pump (liquid inlet pressure is lower than 0.01MPa).

We can design and manufacture according to the parameters required by the customer.

All cryogenic pumps take crow assemble structure, which is assembly pump, pipes required by process, valve and filter as a whole body to base. It's quite easy to install the equipment in user's site.
